Prices, Terms & Conditions

Current prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval at Forever Crush Candle Co. at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Shipments

Forever Crush Candle Co. currently ships to the 50 states in the United States, USPS PO Boxes & AF/FPO Addresses.

Shipping Charge

Shipping on orders of more than $25 is FREE.

Orders $25+ earn FREE Priority Shipping.

Two Day Shipping is also available for a $20 charge. Please note: 2 Business Days AFTER Processing.

Sales Tax Charge

A Sales Tax charge will be added to orders when applicable.

At Forever Crush Candle Co., we are creators of beautifully curated fragrances and candles. To ensure that each Forever Crush Candle Co. experience you have is an exceptional one, we are here to answer your questions and be of any assistance you may need.

Did your order arrive with a damaged product?

We want to make it right! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our Customer Service Team by emailing us at: forevercrushcandleco@gmail.com. Upon receiving your pictures, we will issue a refund for the damaged product or key a replacement at no cost to you.

Did your order arrive with an incorrect item?

If the items you received do not match the items you ordered, please email our Customer Service Team at: forevercrushcandleco@gmail.com.

Was your order lost/missing?

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at: forevercrushcandleco@gmail.com and we are happy to investigate your missing order and find a resolution for you swiftly.

Changed your mind on your order and wish to return the items?

If your order is in the same condition, you received it in (i.e., the packaging has not been opened/used; The candle has not been lit), you can return your order for a refund within 14 days. You will need to return the items at your own expense. We ask that you include your name and order number along with the reason for your return.  Once the return is received, our Customer Service Team will issue a refund for the value of the items returned.

Product Warnings:

All fragranced products are not for consumption. Keep products out of reach of children. Avoid contact of their contents with furniture, fabrics, carpets, finished surfaces, plastics, acrylics and painted items as they may cause damage and/or discoloration. Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep candles away from children and combustible material. Burn candles only in appropriate containers.
